Join us for a breakfast roundtable with the Director of the Israel Patent and Trademark Office, Asa Kling. Mr. Kling will give his perspective on what it is like to run Israel’s Patent and Trademark Office in a global IP marketplace. He will also discuss emerging intellectual property issues in Israel, how the Israel Patent and Trademark Office provides international searching and examination services under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) to U.S. applicants and the impact of Israel’s accession to the Madrid Protocol. Joel Karni Schmidt of Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman will moderate the program.
