The program has been POSTPONED until Spring 2026 - The engagement of former jurists and/or preeminent practitioners to facilitate neutral case analysis and moot proceedings of high-leverage litigation milestones has become an increasingly common feature of complex IP Litigation. The panel will discuss their wealth of experience in that frequently impactful context – i.e., as former federal judges, trial, and in-house counsel – and offer insights into best practices, tools for optimizing the process, and pitfalls to avoid. A reception will follow the panel's presentation.
