Featuring Guest Speaker Lewis Derenzis III, we will focus on (1) recent CAFC law, (2) USPTO Patent Eligibility Guidance and Policy, and (3) PTAB Decisions overturning 101 rejections.
There will be a Q&A session afterward. This event is free to all NYIPLA members and PTAB Committee members. 1.0 NY/NJ CLE credit will be available for attendees.
