Join Co-Chairs Charley Macedo and Ken Adamo of the NYIPLA PTAB Committee on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, where we will shift focus to discuss Patent Eligibility at the PTAB and USPTO.

In our presentation, we will focus on (1) recent CAFC law, (2) USPTO Patent Eligibility Guidance and Policy, and (3) PTAB Decisions overturning 101 rejections. 

There will be a Q&A session afterward. This event is free to all NYIPLA members and PTAB Committee members. 1.0 NY/NJ CLE credit will be available for attendees.
