In recognition of the changing dynamics at the USPTO with respect to IPR, PGR and Reexaminations, the NYIPLA is pleased to announce that the name of the PTAB Committee is being updated to be “PTAB & Reexamination Committee”, and in the February 2026 Presentation, we have included a new Reexamination Section of the Presentation.

Please join the NYIPLA PTAB & Reexamination Committee for its monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET via Zoom.

In this meeting co-chairs Charley Macedo and Ken Adamo, along with guest moderator Robert Rando (partner, Patrick Doerr) as well as guest speakers Joshua Jacobson (law clerk, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP) and Lewis Derenzis III (law clerk, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP) will share the latest committee updates.

There will be a Q&A session afterward. This event is free to all NYIPLA members and PTAB Committee members. 1.0 NY/NJ CLE credit will be available for attendees.
