This year’s hypothetical case is centered on name, image, likeness rights, appellate jurisdiction, and evidentiary issues surrounding the use of AI-generated material. Each firm will present an oral argument on behalf of the interested parties. The Judges will hear the argument, retire to conference the case, and return to the bench with their comments. They will also answer any questions related to the mock argument and their deliberations in the case conference. The program will be followed by a Networking Reception from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. |
