Join the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) PTAB Committee on April 18 to discuss faulty rulemaking challenges and the Federal Circuit's recent Apple v. Vidal decision.

In this interactive meeting, Ken Adamo, Principal Attorney at the Law Office of KRAdamo and PTAB Committee Co-Chair will lead a discussion on the implications of the recent Federal Circuit decision in Apple v. Vidal.
