Please join NYIPLA's Copyright Committee, Amicus Brief Committee, and Young Lawyer's Committee for an evening round-table discussion about the Warhol v. Goldsmith case and its impact on the fair use and transformativeness analysis in the U.S. Intellectual Property and Art law specialists will discuss the recent Supreme Court hearing on the case, previous SCOTUS decisions on fair use, the future of fair use analysis, and its impact on the world of visual art and content creation.

The program will be held virtually and CLE credit will be offered. Presented by the NYIPLA in collaboration with the Amicus Briefs committee, Copyright committee, and Young Lawyers Committee.

Attendees will be earning up to 1.5 CLE Credits. This program is FREE for all NYIPLA members.
