Join the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA) PTAB Committee on November 1 to discuss effective ways to present technology to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

In this interactive meeting, Administrative Patent Judge Kim McGraw and Administrative Patent Judge Russell Cass will explain best practices and effective ways to present technology to the PTAB.

There will be a Q&A session afterward. This event is free to all NYIPLA members and PTAB Committee members. 1.0 NY/NJ CLE credit will be available for attendees.
