Using Petitions Effectively in Patent Prosecution

The NYIPLA is honored to announce that Fenn Matthew, Deputy Director of the USPTO Office of Petitions, will be hosting a presentation on Friday, January 28, 2022 at noon that will provide attendees with a high level overview of the Office of Petitions, including electronic resources, a brief discussion of ePetitions, where to find relevant petitions related data and statistics, and petitions-related updates.  The latter half of the presentation will provide helpful tips concerning petitions practice.
