Join Patent Law & Practice Committee Co-chairs Clint Mehall and Joy Goudie on December 17, 2021 at noon for a Fireside Chat with PTAB Judge Michael Cygan on Ex Parte Appeals at the USPTO.
Among other things, the Patent Law & Practice Committee will be discussing appeal vs. RCE strategy for patent applications, and the effectiveness of certain types of arguments before the PTAB on ex parte appeals.
