  Rob Fluskey handles complex commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and pre-litigation counseling.  He has substantial experience representing clients before federal courts, state courts, and arbitration panels. Rob’s principal focus is on intellectual property disputes, such as patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret.  His practice experience includes disputes involving business methods, mechanical processes, computer software, industrial and mechanical systems, and food manufacturing.
  Al Cutaia primarily handles patent prosecution, litigation, licensing, and counseling. His practice covers a number of technical disciplines, including electronics, software, mobile devices, medical and dental devices, optics, industrial mechanical systems, and business methods.  Al has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and worked for Electronic Data Systems for 14 years before attending law school.
  Chris Copeland is IP Counsel for M&T Bank.  Prior to joining M&T, Chris was an associate at Cadwaladar Wickersham and Taft where he focused on patent litigation and counseling.  His practice covered a breadth of technologies, including mobile devices, semiconductor manufacturing, business methods, computer hardware, software, computer networking, mechanical devices, and financial instruments.  In addition to being IP Counsel for M&T, Chris is an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo Law School, where he teaches a class on outsourcing and licensing information technology.
