The NYIPLA in conjunction with Accelerate Long Island, the Long Island Forum for Technology, and the Long Island Software and Technology Network is pleased to announce a collaborative event to discuss how the next wave of changes implemented by the America Invents Act will affect you and your business.  

Please join us on February 6, 2013 at the Morelly Homeland Security Center in Bethpage, NY for an afternoon of panel discussions on the upcoming switch to a first-to-file system in the U.S. and how this change can affect your business.  There will be presentations from the USPTO, in-house counsel and outside counsel discussing these changes from various points of view.
