The New York Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation will be holding the 7th Annual Scholarship event on Wednesday, January 28th, at Greenberg Traurig LLP (One Vanderbilt Ave, New York, NY 10017).
The program features a CLE panel entitled, "When Crisis Strikes: Protecting Privilege and Confidentiality Under Pressure,” focusing on maintaining confidentiality and privilege and safeguarding sensitive communications during crisis management when those boundaries are tested. The panel will review several example scenarios that may arise for IP practitioners and discuss practical strategies for preserving privilege when it matters most.
