Seasoned attorneys and newcomers alike are invited to join Deposition Skills, designed to provide valuable insights and practicable strategies for conducting effective depositions. Learn the nuances of effective deposition firsthand from experienced practitioners. The program will feature a panel of three skilled attorneys who will discuss deposition best practices, as well as their favorite tips and tricks for successfully handling a deposition. The program will also give you an opportunity to watch and participate in mock depositions. This event will be a rare opportunity for a behind-the-scenes look at the process of deposing a witness.
