Arthrex Oral Argument: In-House Counsel Review

The NYIPLA PTAB and Amicus Brief Committees hosted “Getting Ready for Arthrex Oral Arguments” on February 25th. The CLE program featured 15 of the 31 Arthrex Amici sharing their positions and explanations.
