Negotiating Skills Panel

On December 3^rd, NYIPLA Women in IP and Young Lawyers committees are hosting a negotiating skills panel aimed at overcoming stereotypes and implicit bias during negotiations.  We’ll explore how to move past, or use to your advantage, an adversary’s efforts to push your buttons.  Panelists include experienced professionals in both the litigation and corporate fields.
