The Young Lawyers Committee will be hosting a Young Lawyers Roundtable, where two experienced practitioners will be sitting down with young lawyers to discuss the preparation, taking, and defending of depositions of expert witnesses in intellectual property litigation. This will allow for an intimate discussion of these issues, with questions encouraged. This small gathering will be the first in a new bi-monthly series of practice-oriented roundtable discussions. *Space is limited and open only to NYIPLA Members (associates from the class of 2005 and above).
