Join us for a lively discussion of Ethical Considerations in the Use of Social Media.  Our distinguished panel Steven C. Bennett, Jones Day, David A. Lewis, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, and Peter F. McLaughlin, Foley & Lardner LLP, moderated by David Bender, Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center, will discuss the impact of Social Media on your day to day practice of law. Ethical issues unique to use of Social Media that may impact your practice – everything from the mere loss of a flash drive, to friending someone who proves to be a witness - will be explored.

No panel on social media would be complete without some socializing! To that end, please join us for appetizers, wine and beer beginning at 6:00 PM followed by the panel presentation.
