Show Me The Money! A Primer on Lanham Act Damages

This program will explore the damages provisions under the Lanham Act and offer tips and guidance to litigators in planning their strategies for calculating damages in trademark cases.  The presenters, consisting of two renowned damages experts and one practitioner, will identify the categories of available damages, discuss best practices for quantifying those damages, and critically evaluate the applicability of insurance coverage to such damages.
