Title: Hot Topics and Issues in the Biosimilars Space
Things are moving quickly in the area of biosimilars. The panel will highlight recent case law and provide commentary from both the brand and biosimilar perspective on future application of the BPCIA. The FDA is front and center so regulatory issues will be addressed and the need for additional legislation will be considered.
