Please join us on October 2, 2015, at 5:00PM for an evening in celebration of the Honorable William Skretny's many years of service as Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

The event will begin with a demonstration of patent damages expert witness testimony at the United States District Court, Western District of New York. The Honorable William Skretny (W.D.N.Y.) will preside. Following the testimony, a panel will engage in a full discussion regarding whether a patented feature motivates consumers to purchase allegedly infringing product.
