Jeff Isler 
Jeff Isler has been helping attorneys tell their stories for more than 40 years. He is the Principal Owner and Senior Consultant at Infographics, which was recently acquired by FTI.  After beginning as a patent draftsman in the late 1970's, he was instrumental in moving the business from pen & ink patent drawings to computerized litigation support.  Jeff has worked with a wide range of subject matter, helping to make persuasive presentations in almost every practice area of litigation, most areas of technology, and for a long list of clients throughout the country.

Jo Ellen Livingston
Jo Ellen Livingston, Ph.D. has been providing consulting services to litigators on all aspects of the trial process since 1990.  She works with both plaintiff and defense sides of the bar in venues across the country.   As part of the trial team, Dr. Livingston specializes in crafting effective trial themes and case stories, drafting voir dire questions, participating in jury selection, assisting in witness preparation and shaping opening statements and closing arguments. Dr. Livingston is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on her knowledge of the American juror and the trial process.
